Citadel separates admin identity (who can sign in) from content policy (what Guardian allows at runtime). This page covers identity. For content policy, see Build a Guard Policy.
Company Members
Members are the administrators of a Company. Open them from the sidebar under Members → Members.
The list shows every member’s ID, email, name, status (Active / Pending), role, and timestamps. Cards at the top summarize totals.
Company roles
| Role | Access |
|---|
| Owner | Full access to all Starfort features for this Company. |
| Viewer | Read-only access to view configurations. |
Organization and Project permissions are managed separately on the respective Organization and Project pages. Company role is only the baseline.
Invite a member
Open Members
Sidebar → Members → Members.
Click Add Member
The Invite Member dialog opens.
Enter the email and pick a Company Role
Select Owner or Viewer.
Send the invite
The invitee receives an invitation email. Their status stays Pending until they accept.
IAM Policy is not Guard Policy
IAM Policy ≠ Guard Policy. IAM controls who can use Citadel and what they can configure. Guard Policy controls what content Guardian allows at runtime. See Key concepts.
